Cost of Management is 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT) per annum based on the gross rental due for the term of the tenancy agreement.
If you require us to only introduce to you a tenant, but not to manage the property, we charge two weeks rent as a finder’s fee.

- Arranging for Electrical Installation Test (chargeable)
- Arranging for PAT testing (chargeable)
- Obtaining quotes for remedial work, and instructing contractors once quotes agreed with landlord.
